Tickets and Concessions

HOW TO BOOK

You can book online at any time, or you can call our Box Office on 020 8035 8835.

Our Box Office phone lines are open 10:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Outside of these hours, please contact us at tickets@woolwich.works and a member of the team will get back to you during our working hours.

You can also come in and book tickets with us in person. Check our Opening Times for when when we're open.

Sometimes tickets are available through authorised ticket agents that we work with, but please be wary of booking tickets from non-verified sources. If you book tickets from somewhere other than Woolwich Works we are unable to assist with any queries or amendments to your booking.

Woolwich Works reserves the right to cancel tickets that are offered for resale and / or advertised on ticket resale or auction sites and in such cases tickets will not be honoured or refunded.

TICKET PRICING

Ticket prices vary between different events and for some events there will be multiple prices available depending on where you choose to sit/stand when selecting your tickets and how many tickets are left.

Please check each event page for pricing and availability.

Some events will be free but require you to book a ticket in advance. This is to help us monitor capacities so we know how many people are attending, and ensures if there are any problems like an event being cancelled, we can let you know as soon as possible.

All children over the age of 18 months must have a ticket. Under 15s must be accompanied by a full paying adult in attendance who must remain within the venue throughout.

BOOKING FEES

You'll see a booking fee per ticket in your order. Charging a booking fee helps us to keep selling tickets and providing a booking service.

Booking fees are calculated on a sliding scale, based on the lowest ticket price available on the event you're booking for.

Greenwich One Card holders and residents of the Royal Borough of Greenwich are eligible for zero booking fees on events at Woolwich Works - find out more information in Ways To Save.

E-TICKETS

Most of our tickets are e-tickets - they will be delivered to your inbox as a PDF attachment shortly after booking from boxoffice@woolwich.works.

You do not need to print your tickets, but we will accept printed tickets if you don't have a smart phone. We’d rather you show us your ticket on your phone when you arrive for easy ticket scanning and to save on paper. Please make sure your device is charged enough for your arrival and entry!

If you are unable to use an e-ticket, please contact our Box Office at tickets@woolwich.works for an alternative option.

SOLD OUT EVENTS

If an event is listed as sold out this means there are no tickets available. Sometimes we run waiting lists – this will usually be noted on the event page. Join a waiting list by emailing tickets@woolwich.works with your name, a contact phone number, and how many tickets you'd like.

Read our full terms and conditions of sale here.

LOST OR MISSING TICKETS

As our tickets are digital e-tickets, firstly please check your spam or junk folders in case your tickets have been filtered there.

Also search your inbox for emails from boxoffice@woolwich.works.

If you still have no luck, email us at tickets@woolwich.works or call us on 020 8035 8835.

CONCESSION DISCOUNTS

Students, Universal Credit recipients and Under 18s/16s

We offer discounted tickets to help make your visit a bit more affordable. You'll find these available as different types of tickets when booking for a show.

Please bring your ID with you when you attend the show you've booked a concession ticket for, as you may be asked for proof that you're eligible for this type of ticket on entry to the venue. If you're unable to provide proof, you may be asked to pay full price before entry is allowed.

Not sure if you're eligible for a concession ticket? Have a chat with our team at tickets@woolwich.works or 020 8035 8835.

Coming with little ones or young people?

Not all of our events are suitable for youngsters, so you won’t always see an Under 18 ticket option available.

Generally, for Woolwich Works shows, all children over the age of 18 months must have a ticket. Under 15s must be accompanied by a full paying adult in attendance who must remain within the venue throughout.

Some shows, especially shows for babies, may have different rules for how old a child should be before they require a ticket. This will be made clear in the event info, but if you have any questions, email our team at tickets@woolwich.works or call us on 020 8035 8835.
