Essential Safety Information

We’re doing all we can to make sure you, your family and friends, our fantastic team and visiting artists will be as safe as possible at Woolwich Works.

Please do not visit Woolwich Works or attend any of our events if you have recently felt any COVID-19 symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19.

We’re making sure the whole building is as safe as possible. Measures include:

  • Hand sanitising stations located at various locations around the building
  • Increased cleaning of the entire venue between events
  • Card payments only

Online bookings

Booking online is encouraged, making your visit as contactless as possible. We strongly advise you to book in advance.

Tickets can be accessed from your email account: your booking confirmation email contains the PDF of your tickets. You can show the PDF on your smartphone or print your ticket at home. The barcode on your ticket will be scanned before you go into the venue.

If you’re unable to attend a performance

Please contact our team at tickets@woolwich.works as soon as possible.

We offer ticket refund protection from Secure My Booking which allows you to recover 100% of the paid ticket price (including all order fees) in the event of accident, injury, or illness including COVID-19, plus much more. This must be purchased at the same time as your tickets.

Visit Tickets & Concessions to find out more.

Seating plans

Seating is not socially-distanced in our event spaces.

We encourage all customers to book in advance to avoid disappointment and to help us manage your visit as safely as possible.

Ventilation and air handling

Our main space, The Fireworks Factory, has a wonderful high ceiling and a brand-new air-handling system to ensure the air in the space stays fresh.

Contactless payments

Our bars and box office only accept payment by credit or debit card, and we encourage customers to use contactless wherever possible – it’s the safest way to pay.
