  2. Go to the Other Preferences tab
  3. Tick the box for ‘I need to bring a Personal Assistant/Companion
  4. Add the amount of tickets you need for you and your companion to your basket, along with any others you may need – one ticket will then automatically discount to £0.00 in the basket.
  5. Continue with your booking as usual.

You will only need to do this once, and this discount will apply to all future bookings.

If you have any issues with this offer applying to your order, please contact us at tickets@woolwich.works. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Booking a wheelchair position

For seated events where you can choose your seats in advance, we have designated wheelchair positions for wheelchair users who will remain in their wheelchairs for the duration of the event.

If you would prefer to transfer to a seat, we can provide chairs with or without arms as needed - this can be requested in the basket when you make your booking. Please note our seating banks have wide shallow steps up to each row, with no handrails or seat arms.

To book a wheelchair position, you can do this yourself online by following the instructions below, or you're welcome to phone us on 020 8035 8835, or in person at the Woolwich Works Welcome Desk just inside the main entrance.

To book a designated wheelchair position:

  1. Create your Woolwich Works customer account or if you already have one, log in to your account here
  2. Go to the Other Preferences tab
  3. Tick the box for ‘I’m a wheelchair user

When booking your next seated event, you will now see the designated wheelchair positions on the seating plan as the wheelchair symbol.

‘C’ symbols are seats available just to you for anyone else joining you on your visit.

One seat next to you will be unavailable as this seat will be removed, so there won't be anyone sitting in this seat.

Booking the best view of the BSL Intepreter

For BSL Interpreted shows where you can choose your seats in advance, we keep back a few seats from public sale that have the best view of the BSL Interpreter to make sure you don't miss out on getting the best experience.

To book these seats online:

  1. Create your Woolwich Works customer account or if you already have one, log in to your account here
  2. Go to the Other Preferences tab
  3. Tick the box for ‘I’m D/deaf or hard of hearing and a BSL user

When booking your next BSL Interpreted show, make sure you're logged in to your account before you start booking, and you will see the seats with the best view of the BSL Interpreter show as stars.
