Chi-Chi Nwanoku OBE, founder of Chineke!, one of our Resident Artistic Companies, has written an open letter to the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, calling for action against institutional racism.

The letter is in support of the Black Lives Matter movement, and also highlights previous key moments when action should have been taken. Woolwich Works stands with Chi-Chi, Chineke! and the Black Lives Matter movement in supporting institutional change. We will work hard to ensure this moment doesn’t form part of a list on another letter in years to come.
