During the workshop, you will be introduced to the Lucumi Orisha song tradition, delving into its rich cultural heritage. Through physical and vocal warm-ups - including a chant dedicated to Elegua, the gatekeeper deity - you'll prepare yourself for the musical journey ahead.
Discover the power of call and response as you learn three beautiful chants honouring Oshun, Chango, and Mama Francisca. No need to read sheet music – just bring your ears and a willingness to sing!
