Fan favourites and cult classics from across Europe take to the stage in a day dedicated to all things Eurovision. The programme also features comedy, games, food stalls and merchandise pop-ups. It’s a full-out, 12-pointer of a festival!

The Eurosmash festival features two stages, with acts performing through the day from 2.30pm onwards. The schedule is staggered between our indoor Factory Stage and the outdoor Yard Stage - meaning music fans can catch all the action without missing a beat!

Both stages will host Eurovision favourites like Jedward, Katrina, Subwoolfer and more! Plus the Yard stage also features drag, quizzing, and even a Bridgerton-style Eurovision string quartet with Didsbury String Quartet!

The acts confirmed so far are:

Jedward (Ireland), Dynamic duo Jedward represented Ireland at Eurovision in 2011 and 2012, scoring hits with ‘Lipstick’ and ‘Waterline’. They first rose to fame on the X-Factor and have released a number of successful albums.

Katrina (UK), Eurovision winner in 1997

Subwoolfer (Norway), everybody’s favourite wolves in suits, represented Norway with ‘Give that Wolf a Banana’ in 2022, in their now-iconic yellow wolf masks. They include A1’s Ben Adams and are backed up by ‘DJ Astronaut’.

Kristian Kostov 2017’s runner-up Kristian Kostov notched up an incredible 615 points in the final with his song ‘Beautiful Mess’. It was Bulgaria’s best ever result in the competition, securing his place in the Eurovision history books.

Konstrakta (Serbia), cult favourite from 2022

Gustaph (Belgium), LGBT+ icon from 2023’s contest in Liverpool

Brooke (2022) represented Ireland with 'That's Rich', and also proved a hit on series 9 of The Voice, building a big following across the UK.

Just May featured on RuPaul's Drag Race UK for the BBC and is a respected purveyor of all things camp and pop, describing herself as the world's foremost Geri Halliwell impersonator, among many other things.

Didsbury String Quartet come to EuroSmash off the back of their hugely successful concerts in Liverpool last year, with a catalogue full of Bridgerton-style covers of Eurovision favourites.

Snow White Trash is the UK's sax-toting drag queen of choice, having recently toured with Jake Shears of The Scissor Sisters.

Linus & Joseph of Awkward Productions have created viral hit shows such as Gwyneth Goes Skiing and Diana - the Untold and Untrue Story. They are also top quizmasters, hosting annual Mello and Eurovision themed events.

Fabulous Food Trucks

There will be plenty of European food options on offer on the day to get you in the mood, including Swedish fare from Scandilicious and Italian bites from Freewheelin' Pizza. There will also be vegan options and, of course, Wurst!
