Widely regarded as one of the hottest comedy nights among the Arab community and beyond, Arabs Are Not Funny sees comedians with roots in the Arab world showcasing their talents and attempting to prove the naysayers wrong!

The acclaimed comedy night is back for another edition with Palestinian and Irish comic NADZ, Omar Badawy from Egypt, Farah Sharp (an English-Egyptian comedian based in London) and King Kong winner Ahmed Ibrahim.

NADZ

Palestinian and Irish comic Nadz brings hilarious real-life experiences to the stage, having performed across the UK and in Los Angeles.

Omar Badawy

Originally from Egypt, Omar started stand up in 2019 and, in his first year (+global pandemic), went on to win the prestigious ‘So You Think You’re Funny’ award at the Edinburgh Fringe. He has been nominated for a number of awards since including, BBC New Comedy National Award finalist and Chortle’s Best Newcomer Nominee.

Omar Badawy […] is already a consummate pro. The slick routine boasts distinctive jokes and is delivered with a winning poise and calmness.
