Nick Williams

DIRECTOR

Nick has been director of Woolwich Works since 2023. He brings a wealth of venue leadership and producing experience to the role. Previously he was Chief Executive of Perth Theatre and Concert Hall in Scotland where he led the organisation through the COVID pandemic to a refreshed vision and record attendances. He has strong international experience acting as Executive Director of The Coronet Theatre in London, building it to a major home for international theatre and dance, and for international new writing touring company Actors Touring Company. Nick spent time working for the London office of Arts Council England as an independent consultant and producer across a range of genres and initiatives, and has worked for major theatres including the Royal Court Theatre, Hampstead Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
