These sessions invite you to discover your creativity, get moving and improve your performance skills whilst having fun and meeting new people. Led by one of Protein's professional dancers, the classes include a physical warm up and elements of contemporary dance technique, all exploring themes from Protein’s repertoire of work.

Suitable for all adults, no matter your age or experience.

Classes are free for residents of the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Note: We aim to have classes each week in Coopers Studio, above our main foyer, but classes may be moved so please arrive at our main entrance in good time and follow the signs or ask a member of our team.
