Visit Santa in his magical Christmas Candy Grotto, for the sweetest treat for your family this festive season. London’s boldest, most playful and colourful grotto experience, is heading to Woolwich Works.

Our elves have got a choco-lot of surprises in store for all the family. Expect a sugar coated grotto, with a candy-cane fence, and an edible garden.

This enchanting experience, is open to all ages and will take place on weekends leading up to Christmas:

All Christmas Candy Grotto tickets are £12, plus a £1.50 booking fee that goes towards our charitable aims.

If you would like your dog to come and meet Santa, tickets for dogs are also £12. This will include a Christmas doggie treat from the North Pole.

Parents, carers and family members go free and visitors to the Christmas Candy Grotto can colour, create and craft while they wait.

At the Christmas Candy Grotto our playful elves will help you strike a pose, so you can leave the perfect picture - on your phone or your own camera. And of course Santa loves the camera too, so photography is welcome in his grotto.

The grotto does not include printed photos. We encourage you to snap your pics and (s)Elfies with Santa with your own phone or camera so that you have them straight away to share with your loved ones.

How do I book tickets for my child or dog?
Times to the Christmas Candy Grotto vary, so please choose your date and time slot carefully, as transferring to another day may incur a small charge. To transfer your ticket(s) please contact our box office on 020 8035 8835.
Choose the date first from the events below. All of our dates are at weekends or during after-school hours.
Select the time and book your ticket(s).
Make sure that you arrive in good time for your session. We will have a dedicated crafting area for those waiting to see Santa.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome in the grotto but must be well-behaved and kept on a lead at all times.
If you want to take your dog to see Santa and get them a doggie treat then you must book a ticket for your dog.

Can I bring a newborn baby to visit Santa?
If you want to take a photo of your baby with Santa then we offer free tickets to those under 12 months old.

How much are adult tickets?
This event is designed for children and dogs, so both will need a ticket.
Adults have free entry and don't need to book a ticket, so long as they are with a ticket holder.

Can I bring the grandparents and other relatives?
Of course. As adults they will be allowed in for free with the ticket holder.

Is the Christmas Candy Grotto accessible?
We are a fully accessible venue, with both accessible toilets, baby changing facilities and a Changing Places toilet.
The Christmas Candy Grotto is located on the ground floor and has level access throughout.
If you require any assistance during your visit then please mention this in the Access and Assistance Requests during your booking or speak to a member of staff on the day.

I've booked my ticket. Where do I go on the day?
Make your way to our café where one of our elves will meet you and show you to the Christmas Candy Grotto. We'll have a dedicated buggy park for visitors.
