Chef Job Description

The role of Chef, based in the Visitors' Book Café, will be to manage our small but busy kitchen. You will be preparing Breakfast & Brunch dishes to order, alongside a mixture of sandwiches, baked savouries, salads and soups to be served in our café at lunch times.

Alongside this we are expanding our inhouse catering / hospitality business. You will be producing additional sandwich platters and other menu items to support activity in our amazing spaces being used for private hires and events.

You’ll be expected to support kitchen assistants, including training them to prepare the menu, prepare orders and serve food to a consistent and high standard.
