Come down to our new-and-improved Woolwich Works bar for bespoke selection of the very best grooves and deepest cuts from DJ Henry Keen's wide-ranging record collection. The DJ, music producer and performer draws inspiration from hip-hop culture so expect a carefully curated set of soul, jazz and disco as well as tracks picked up on his travels in Morocco, Turkey and Latin America.
As well as being a passionate vinyl crate-digger, Henry performs as a member of Electric Jalaba (Strut Records), a sextet fusing Moroccan gnawa with dancefloor-focused electronics, and Soundspecies, an electronic duo who've recently explored the connections between traditional Afro-Cuban rhythms and contemporary dance music.
Henry's a regular host on Pyro Radio and has released music with record labels Beauty & The Beat, Brownswood Recordings, Don’t Be Afraid, Strut and more. His music has been played regularly on BBC Radio 1, Radio 6, 1Xtra, Rinse FM, Worldwide FM and NTS Radio.
So grab a drink and hit the dancefloor, or just sit back and listen to an eclectic mix of tunes from one of the best selectors in the business.
